Settlement of agreement disputes The joint unions and the WC have reached an agreement in principle (subject to development) for a replacement contractual agreement for companies with a proposed operating date of 1 April 2018. In addition, Professionals Australia has expressed serious concerns about its intention and the actions of Water Corporation in promoting this proposed agreement. 4.1.
